Description

About Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience (GREWE):

The Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience (GREWE) team is responsible for the management of corporate properties owned or utilised by the business.  This involves strategic planning, acquisition, leasing, design, construction, maintenance, and management of properties to align with the company's goals.

The GREWE Hospitality Function takes care of how employees interact with their work environment daily.  It encompasses interaction with physical spaces, workplace technology and delivery of a high-class service through partnerships with the right partners. Ultimately creating a work environment that supports employees’ needs and enhances their well-being, productivity, and engagement.

About the Role:

As an analyst within the Hospitality function of GREWE, you’ll work with key functional leads and vendor partners, who lead the American Express workplace services and amenities for all office locations across the EMEA region, focusing on a colleague-first, hospitality led approach to frictionless experiences. Our teams support moments that matter to our colleagues from the minute they enter and leave our offices – from a warm welcome in the lobby, to re-fuelling with coffee and snacks, to grabbing a nourishing lunch, to joining community events and everything in between
